If you could book a month ’ s worth of appraisals in just four hours , would you do it ?

Off the back of the 2024 Real Estate of Origin ( REOO ) series which ended with our 16th event , it ’ s the perfect time to reflect on the journey so far and celebrate the success we ’ ve achieved . From its early days , when manual entries and solitary live streams were the norm , REOO has evolved into a high-energy , results-driven program that transforms prospecting into a powerful team sport .

Since launching , REOO has inspired teams to book over 125,000 appraisals in 16 events across five years . In 2023 , the game changed when we introduced NurtureCloud to the event to validate and track appraisals in real time , marking a shift toward transparency and precision .

February marked new milestones for REOO . Queensland claimed the top spot with 3,463 appraisals , closely followed by Victoria with 1,184 . It was a day of firsts : Loan Market brokers joined in the competition , and we introduced real-time call tracking on the leaderboard . Ray White Marsden set an office record with 341 appraisals , and Bree Asbury from Surfers Paradise topped the individual chart with 285 calls .

In June , REOO teamed up with the Vinnies CEO Sleepout , pledging $ 1 for every appraisal booked that day to help end homelessness . Six business owners from Ray White and head of commercial , James Linacre , for RWC , joined the sleepout , and we raised over $ 50,000 through a mix of appraisals , auctions , and donations . Queensland held onto its title with 3,636 appraisals , but New Zealand was hot on its heels , logging 2,188 . Lydia Robins emerged as a back-to-back champion , leading the individual appraisals for both February and June .
