It ’ s still too early to tell how the 2024 appraisals will impact future business , but in 2023 , we booked a staggering 22,995 appraisals across three events . From those appraisals , we won over 1,500 listings , leaving $ 24 million in REOO commission up for grabs - a remarkable 200 per cent increase from the average Tuesday churn .
Looking ahead
REOO shows no signs of slowing down . In 2025 , our targets remain the same , 60 per cent of our network in each event , targeting 40,000 appraisals and hosting in-person events across every state . With an estimated $ 50 million in commission potential on the line , there ’ s no reason for any business to miss out on these events .
