I always try to treat my buyers and sellers in such a way that when they next come to enter the real estate world , I am the first person they think of calling because they were treated in such a way that they felt they were more than just a number .
My advice is to have their number in your phone , when they call , you ’ ll know who is speaking . Regular and ongoing communication is essential as is regular invites to special events . You should know who they truly are , like the names of their children , pets and what they do for a job .
This award means that the people I work with genuinely appreciate what I do . I don ’ t do this for an award , but the acknowledgement leaves a feel good factor for me which then in turn makes NurtureCloud calls easy to make . It ' s like calling a friend rather than a client .

Eagle-eyed Swans fans would ’ ve spotted the Ray White branding projected around the ground during their team ’ s victory against Port Adelaide ( sponsored by Ray White South Australia ) during the preliminary final at the SCG .

Ray White Queensland solidified its partnership with the Brisbane Lions during the midseason for three years , while Ray White New South Wales is currently finalising their agreement for the next three years with the Swans .
The Ray White logo and tagline were mainstays at the MCG throughout the 2024 season , as Ray White Victoria partnered with MGTK to ink a partnership for four 30 second spots around the ground for each game played at the MCG this season , including finals and the 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final .
I also make sure to keep them informed with timely updates so they never feel out of the loop . I think this level of communication sets me apart , and has helped me build trust and credibility over the years .
