"Creating Cultures of Honour"
This was a life changing experience for Diane, both personally and professionally, as it brought clarity, purpose and an eternal perspective to her life and work. It was also a defining moment for her faith walk and in understanding the difference between servant leadership and self-serving leadership.
In 2002, Diane founded Lloyd & Associates: Consulting and Coaching. The purpose of this company is to come alongside Christian men and women in leadership positions who are called to create cultures of honour that are reflective of God’s truths and His Kingdom mentality, governance and currency. Lance Wallnau, a well-known Christian refers to the Seven Mountains of Cultural Influence and it is within these seven mountains ( Family, Business, Government, Education, Religion, Arts and Entertainment, and Media) that El Shaddai Consulting focuses.
Lloyd & Associates: Consulting and Coaching operates on the premise that it takes an anointed interdisciplinary spirit-filled team of Christian women and men, under the direction of the Holy Spirit, to serve and empower spirit-filled Christian leaders in the creation and sustainability of cultures of honour within these seven mountains of influence. And in so doing, this brings restoration and reconciliation to the body of Christ and a renewed sense of hope and purpose to those called to these leadership positions. Those called to this assignment understand that a culture of honour begins within oneself………a Christian leader must “die to live and serve to lead”.
The collective skills and wisdom, corresponding spiritual giftings and unified heart of prayer of this team also serves as a mentoring forum for Christian leaders so that such leaders can lead as Kingdom-minded servants as opposed to slaves to the agendas and manipulation of “man” and yes, other Christians who are more carnally minded. The legacy these leaders leave behind will
become the foundation from which future generations of Christian men and women will be able to build upon and further advance the work of God’s Kingdom here on earth.

Diane and her husband, Mark Lloyd, also a spirit-filled Christian, reside on Cortes Island off the West Coast of British Columbia, Canada. This location serves as a Christian oasis in the Pacific for not only them, their family and friends, but also for clients who desire a refuge in the storm of life where they can temporarily retreat to a well-watered garden of tranquility, peace and rejuvenation. El Shaddai Enterprises collaborates with other Christian women (and men) to host retreats and workshops.
