Spooky Science
Students in Mrs. Douglas’s 2nd grade class had a blast with some
Spooky Science! Bill and Jenny Kiesel, parents of Claire Kiesel, used
household items to demonstrate some fun science experiments. The main
ingredients were items such as corn starch, soap, water, peroxide, oil, and
food coloring. The activities showed students how chemical reactions
occur and about states of matter and density. It was an afternoon of
science, learning, and LOTS of fun… especially getting to make Oobleck!

security position was approved as part of
the school system’s 2018-19 budget.
