Donald Sterling tried a different hand on sunday. He joined the congregation of Paises of Zion Missionary Baptist Church (a predominatly black community).
"I'm here to support this wonderful group", sterling said.
J. Benjamin Hardwick met with Sterling after the service and said to him, "I want you to know, my friend, we pray for you".
He later told NBC Los Angelos that the service was "fabulous".
