Bandar Harazy , senior trader , ANIMA Asset Management Bandar Harazy joined Anima Asset Management ’ s Dublin desk as a multi-asset trader in 2015 covering cash equities , ETFs , fixed income and listed derivatives . Recent primary focus has been on global equities , covering both high-touch and electronic trading for the firm ’ s portfolio managers . Colleagues comment that “ Bandar has been a huge help in driving the desk forward ... taken in an ever-expanding role within the team ”.
Bandar started his career in 2008 at the height of the financial crisis with an International Graduate Programme for Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai . Prior to Anima , Bandar spent nearly five years with Susquehanna International Group as a trade support analyst on the ETF and fixed income market making desks . Bandar has a keen interest in macroeconomics and market dynamics and brings that knowledge to trading strategies for best execution . Bandar attained a bachelor of Business Studies and an MSc in Finance and Capital Markets from Dublin City University , as well as the IMC .

Emma Hooper , equity trader , Capital Group Emma Hooper is part of the equity trading team at Capital Group , where she is responsible for the execution of European equities . Having joined the desk in October 2020 , Emma ' s progression within trading particularly stands out as she experienced most of her first-year learning and trading virtually . Throughout her time in trading , Emma has worked across all three equity investment units . Colleagues praise “ her adaptability and positive approach to trading and learning ”, whilst sell-side counterparties say Emma is “ a bright and intelligent trader ”, a “ strong communicator ” and “ spends the time understanding the strengths of brokers algo strategies [ using ] their logic to get best execution and performance .
Emma has worked at Capital Group for five years and over that time has also worked in fixed income compliance and equity order management . Emma attained a bachelor ’ s degree of Economics from Reading University .
