Joe Bellman , dealing manager , Arbuthnot Latham Joe Bellman joined Arbuthnot Latham & Co in October 2014 and is responsible for the firm ’ s centralised execution function , managing a team trading in global equities , ETFs , fixed income , FX , derivatives and mutual funds . Joe was promoted to lead the function in 2016 and is focused on improving cross asset execution quality and pursuing automation .

Chloe Bowden , trader , UBS Asset Management Chloe Bowden joined UBS Asset Management ’ s London equity trading desk in June of 2022 , trading equities and ETFs across EMEA . Sellside counterparties describe Chloe as a passionate trader , who loves learning as well as having “ demonstrated incredible energy and a very proactive nature and desire for self-improvement … taking steps to review the algos of as many providers as possible ... Chloe has also very quickly identified the importance of TCA and in a similar vein is taking steps to educate herself as quickly as possible , having already engaged proactively with multiple sell-side desks to build an understanding and ultimately contribute to the process of analysing execution quality at UBS .” In addition , the team was awarded Trading Desk of the Year 2022 by The TRADE .
Chloe started her career on the sell-side as a high touch trader at UBS Investment Bank in 2017 and has five years of experience trading and pricing risk in EM , midcaps and large cap industrials . Prior to this Chloe attained a bachelor ’ s degree in Mathematics from the University of Bath .
