My intervention idea/plan is to make a campaign project. There will be several pieces to the campaign project including commercials, pamphlets, photos, and more. As many aspects of media will be used to get the message out there. Particularly media that is geared toward teens: Netflix, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, etc. The main message of the projects will be in the eyes of the intoxicated. The truth about alcohol, which will explain the effects of alcohol on the teenage brain.

I will be making a video to advertise this. The video will show the effects of underage drinking. I will show a picture of the brain and highlight each part of it. I will describe what happens in that part of the brain due to alcohol consumption. My video will be shown by the Second Chance organization, and the Phoenix Fire Department., and well as the Phoenix Union High School District, and maybe even the Glendale Union High School District. The video will include the elements and principles of art to get the message out there.

Timeline for Intervention:

April 1st-June 3oth

-Write a storyline for the video.

July 1st-August 31st

-Make the video.

September 1st to September 30th

-Go back to stakeholders, inform them that the video is complete.

October 1st-The Future

-Show video in schools, in kids programs etc. Use video to make other types of advertisements.

Conclusion

In conclusion teens will have the knowledge that they need to understand the effects of alcohol. They will less confused about how society portrays alcohol and wait to drink until they are older.
