TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF FAVORITE BOOK AND WHY I currently reside in Provo, UT. I’m a Mother of 2 boys & 2 girls and a Grandmother of 3. I’m also a 3rd year student at The Community School of Midwifery. Heart & Hands. Easy to read, lots of information. When I’m not participating at a birth you can find me spending time with family, being a volunteer, sewing, working in my garden, baking , cooking, cleaning my house, or checking out yard sales. I have mainly worked with Dianne Bjarnson. Amazing lady. WHAT ARE THREE WORDS THAT DESCRIBE YOUR PERSONALITY I feel if we are to succeed in influencing society to be more acceptable of midwifery, we need to be unified, strengthen and support one another. I’m an observer, I’m independent, and reliable WHAT ADVICE CAN YOU GIVE OTHER STUDENT MIDWIVES? Life becomes very busy and somewhat overwhelming. Prioritize, organize, prepare, follow through, be consistent, reliable, trust worthy, have integrity, and when the tough gets tougher, never give up! It will prepare you for the years ahead as a Midwife IF YOU WEREN'T PURSUING MIDWIFERY WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING? I’d be involved in some sort of humanitarian service MIDWIFE WHO INSPIRES YOU? ANY BIRTH CULTURE PET PEEVES?
