I think we ’ ve all heard that quote , " Watch your thoughts , they become words ; watch your words , they become actions ; watch your actions , they become habits ; watch your habits , they become character ; watch your character , for it becomes your destiny ." but I ’ m curious how many of us have consciously , intentionally taken it to heart .
We ’ re living in a very interesting time . The world is moving at a very fast pace . Energy is swirling , and staying grounded and focused takes practice .
We can choose to FILL our lives more intentionally by the quality of what we prioritize in a day . And we can choose to LEAD our lives more intentionally by the quality of our expression - the words we speak and the energy we carry .
