-Southwest District Board
I am so proud to be the 2013-2014 Southwest District Key Club Governor. I am from the Desert Foothills Community Key Club, and I attend Cactus Shadows High School in Arizona. My plans for Key Club this year, overall center around reorganization of resources to make awards, for both LtG ' s as well as clubs, to seem more easily attainable. I know we are capable of success, we just need the right guidance, and I am excited to help provide that guidance for the district!
In relation to the K-Family, Circle-K has the ability to be the most helpful in reaching these goals. As Circle-K members, most of you have served in previous Key Clubs, either as members or officers. I encourage you to reach out to your division ' s Key Clubs and division ' s LtG with support. With the support and guidance of people who have been through the process of becoming distinguished clubs and officers, a sense of motivation and ability can be reached. you can be Especially encouraging due to the fact you stuck with the K- Family on continuing your service!
This leads me into my next goal for the year involving Circle-K. I want more seniors to leave High School and Key Club behind with excitement in their hearts and eyes to continue serving in the K-Family with Circle-K! I believe this can be achieved through joint events as well as working with the district counter parts to incorporate and support each other throughout the year. With these systems in place Key Clubbers will become more aware of the opportunities presented through Circle-K and will leave High School already a Circle-K member at heart!
I look forward to meeting and working with CKI members and officers throughout the year! Please contact me through SWDkeyclub. org!
