The discussion on what the platform could be we did in a Skype meeting we set up with all group members. We set this up because the discussion over 'WhatsApp' was not sufficient to convince one another in this case. Possibilities were blog, website, movie, or online magazine. At first, most of the group members thought that a blog was best, because that would probably be the most easy way and less time consuming than design of a magazine. But, when a magazine is designed properly this is a much nicer way to present it, we thought. In addition this is probably more original since we heard that other groups also would use a blog. Sadly we lacked the skills to create a movie and thus the choice to design a

magazine was made very quickly.

The technologies that were used in the process were: WhatsApp for communication, search engine google for the gathering of data, online magazine tool Joomag, Google drive for the storage of documents, Blackboard for finding great literature about innovation. Communication over 'WhatsApp' was very efficient, much more efficient than sending group e-mails for example. The only time when it was not

and drawbacks of the ideas that were proposed. At the end of the session we were all sitting down, without the laptops, without looking at the white board, considering the idea of having Bitcoin incorporated in the business model of the future bank: a heated discussion arose about what we wanted to innovate exactly, what was the added value of it? Why would it work? Why would the customer of the future bank love this new model? What is the actual innovation in our idea? This discussion ended rather unsatis-fying for most of us and we decided to continue at a later

date.

The process actually stagnated for some time after this. The communication stopped and it was as if we needed a little time to think everything over. Or were busy with other courses, internships, work, and commit-teework at SBIT. We discussed the topic during coffee breaks but did not get any new ideas. In the meantime the presentation was behind us and a feeling of urgency started to pile up. We still had to decide many things, for example the platform we want to use for the presentation of the ass-

ignment.
