• Talk sexy to each other. Sit close and take turns saying all the things you’ d like to do with your partner or have them do to you. The whole point of this is to talk about sex and then feel the feelings, knowing that you won’ t actually be doing those things right now. This is a communication exercise, so let yourself go and have some fun.
• Make Pleasure Maps. Take an evening and touch, caress and massage every part of each other’ s body. The point of this is to learn what feels good and brings you pleasure and what doesn’ t. Take the focus off getting each other aroused and become a mapmaker. Be curious as you explore and tell your sweetie what you like and want more of. You can even draw an outline of your body on a big piece of paper and make notes and symbols for where the pleasure zones are.
