RECIPE FOR: METHOD:
Hotteok (Korean Pancakes) Mix all the ingredients for the
dough. Let it rest for an hour
so it doubles in size, then mix
it again to get the air out. Use
oil or some flour to cut it into
tiny pieces and then stuff
them with whatever filling u
want ( I used cheese and
nutella). When you have
them all as tiny stuffed balls,
then you'll need a pan to fry
them . Put some oil in the pan
and put the dough balls in it,
keep an eye on it, and when
you see the side become
golden, flip it over and
squeeze it with a spatula or
spoon to make it flatter. Then
fry it until golden . Repeat
these steps with all of the rest,
and you'll be done.

✓ 1 cup of slightly warm water
✓ 4 cups flour
✓ table spoon salt
✓ 2 table spoons sugar
✓ yeast preferably 1 table spoon
✓ 1 table spoon vegetable oil or olive
oil
For filling:
✓cheese
✓Nutella
