METHOD: RECIPE FOR:
Add three glasses of water to a pressure
cooker. Wash the raw mangoes and add
it to the pressure cooker. Cover the lid of
the pressure cooker and boil until
pressure.
Boil for 5 more minutes. After 5 minutes,
take out the skin and seed of the
mangoes.
Add it to the grinder along with sugar,
mint leaves, cumin powder and black
salt.
Add remaining boiled water from the
pressure cooker to grinder. Grind it well.
Add ice cubes to it.
Ready to serve. Aam Panna (Raw mango juice)
