RECIPE FOR: METHOD:
Cranberry-orange white
chocolate mousse pie Dump cranberry sauce
and as much marmalade you
want into a saucepan and bring to a
state of bliss and let it simmer.
Then kill the heat and let it mellow. Whip up
the cream like one always does to happy
fluffiness and put in fridge. Beat the living hell
out of the cream cheese until it begs for mercy
then add vanilla. Add 1 box of pudding and
half the milk. Beat the crap out of it again.
Add the other box of pudding and the rest of
the milk. Go Mike Tyson on it again then fold
in most of the fruit stuff (save some for later;
don’t Bogart it). Fold in whipped cream. Now;
take the angel food cake and slice lengthwise
into about 1/2 slices and line whatever dish
you want. Use a baking dish, spring form pan,
mop bucket. I really don’t care. Smear some of
the fruit mixture on cake. Pour mixture on top
and toss in freezer for an hour or two or the
fridge if you have way too much time on your
hands. When ready; dig in and add a little
fruit stuff as topping.
