METHOD:
RECIPE FOR:
Cinnamon cookies
FROM THE KITCHEN

INGREDIENTS:
✓ 200g sugar
✓ 200g butter
✓ 200g flour
✓ 2 eggs
✓ 1 tsp cinnamon
✓ 1 tbsp of yoghurt
Cream the sugar and butter until light
and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time
and mix in well. Then mix the flour
and
cinnamon
together.
Put 2 spoonfuls of the flour and
cinnamon into the sugar and butter
mixture and mix it well. Now put
another 2 spoons of the flour- and
cinnamon into the mixture, and then
add the yoghurt as well.
Put a cloth over the bowl and leave over
night in a warm place.
In the morning preheat the over to
180°C and grease the baking tray with
butter. Get a spoonful of the mixture in
your hands and roll it into a ball. Press
down gently with your fingers and put
it in the tray. When the tray is full put
it in the oven for 15 minutes. Letting
the mixture sit overnight helps
make the flour easier to digest - but
they can be skipped if people want
to make it faster.
