METHOD:
RECIPE FOR:
Pineapple cake
FROM THE KITCHEN OF:

INGREDIENTS:
✓ 6 eggs or any other binding
agent
✓ 1 cup sugar
✓ 1 cup unsalted butter
✓ ½ tsp of vanilla essence
✓ 2 cups of all purpose flour
✓ 2 tsp of baking powder
✓ fresh pineapple or canned slices
Start by preheating the oven at low flame
(I use a gas oven) and keeping the
ingredients at room temperature.
Now, take the eggs and sugar and beat
them together, and subsequently add the
butter as well. Put in ½ tsp of vanilla
essence after this.
Take 2 cups of all purpose flour and 2 tsp
of baking powder and add it bit by bit to
the mixture. If the flour contains lumps,
then pass it through a sieve. Mix all the
ingredients to create a thick
constituency.
Grease the baking dish with some butter
and place the pineapples over it.
and then pour the mixture into the dish.
You can even add the juice of the
pineapple to the batter.
Put the dish with the batter, in the oven,
and set it on high flame for half an hour,
and then on low flame for 15 minutes.
You can place the cake upside down as a
serving option.
