hereby directed and required to report forthwith on board of the said ship and take upon
you the charge and command of Captain of her accordingly; and all the o?cers and com?
pany of said ship subordinate to you are further charged and commanded to behave
themselves jointly and severally in their respec ve employments with all due respect and
obedience to you, their Captain.
To CMDR Frank Kiernan, Herein appointed Execu ve O?cer of USS Cuchulain: You are
hereby directed and required to report forthwith on board of the said ship and take upon
you the charge and command of Execu ve O?cer of her accordingly; and all the o?cers
