Welcome to a world where "bio-terrorists" are scaring people with their magical powers that allow them to control things like rocks, smoke, neon lights and even TV power.
So here is how you fit in: you're a 21 year old graffiti artist and the police are trying to catch you.
Your brother is a cop and he's really mad at you and is ashamed about arresting you for the 10th time. While at it, a car crashes nearby and as a cop he must investigate. It turns out it was a bio-terrorist and to make a long story short, he touches you and you become a bio-terrorist.
There is a good side and a bad side to being a bio-terrorist.
The good side is that you have awesome powers.
The bad side is that the DUP is trying to catch you. The DUP is an organization that tries to capture bio-terrorists and imprison them.
Bio-terrorists can drain smoke, neon or TV power and fill up their power tabs. If they run out of power, they are unable to use their abilities until they drain their power source.
While you are trying to get away from the DUP, you find three bio-terrorists. One that controls smoke, one that controls neon lights and one that can control TV power.
You basically touch them so you can control neon, smoke and TV power at the same time and eventually face the DUP. However, their leader is actually a bio-terrorist and she can control the element of earth.
I'm going to stop now because if I continue I'll spoil the ending – and the ending is not that predictable as you would think!
