Teri Donat, EZ 4 U Technology, develops and delivers technology training online. Teri provides one-on-one technology application support to clients. She teaches computer application courses online as adjunct faculty at Las Positas Community College. Teri earned a master’s in education, instructional technology, from San Francisco State University. As an early adopter of the latest technology tools, she delivers content in a variety of ways, including audio, video and the Web.

Donna S. Eastham is an associate professor in IECE at Somerset Community College and coordinates the IECE program, which comprises six campuses in the south central area of Kentucky. In 1987 Donna completed a B.S. in child and family studies from Eastern Kentucky University. She received an M.A. in interdisciplinary early childhood education from Western Kentucky University in 1992.

Dr. Michael Eskey is an associate professor and program coordinator of the Criminal Justice Administration Program of Park University. He serves on a half-time release as an online instructor evaluator and has worked online as an instructor, course developer, evaluator and mentor. Since his retirement from the military in 2001, Dr. Eskey has taught both online and in the classroom at the graduate and undergraduate level. He received his Ph.D. in criminology from Florida State University in 1982.

Grace Esteban currently works for City College of San Francisco, California. She also works as Moodle QA tester and course designer/developer at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Grace believes technology has the capability and power to answer today's educational challenges. She believes emerging technologies should be introduced and used in academia to further improve student learning outcomes. Grace has a master’s degree in instructional technology from San Francisco State University and a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
