Donna Eyestone has been teaching multimedia in the Bay Area for over 15 years. Her digital media skills course has won awards for online learning from both @ONE and the U.S. Distance Learning Association. Having previously worked for Apple designing online training, including technical writing and screen movies, she currently teaches online media courses for CCSF and LTCC and @ONE. In 1989 Donna completed a B.A. in computer music composition from Clark University. She received an MFA in 1993 in electronic music recording from the Mills College Center for Contemporary Music. In 1996 she completed a MFA in integrated electronics arts from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute.

Markus Geissler, Ph.D., is a professor of computer information science and business at Cosumnes River College in Sacramento. A former CVC mentor teacher, Markus teaches primarily in the area of computer networking and has taught online since 1999. His primary research interests are cultural factors that influence technology adoption and mobile technologies that facilitate access to learning resources in higher education.

James Glapa-Grossklag is dean of Educational Technology, Learning Resources and Distance Learning at College of the Canyons. He supervises Distance Learning, Educational Travel, the Library, and Tutoring Services. He serves as project director for the statewide Distance Education Captioning and Transcription Grant. He also codirects a U.S. Department of Education FIPSE Grant to develop open educational resources. His external service includes serving as president of the advisory board of the Community College Consortium for Open Educational Resources.

Terry Gleason M.S., M.Ed, began teaching with the California Community Colleges in 1990. In 2002 Terry entered an online program in education at the University of Phoenix online graduate school, and was awarded an M.Ed. in online education in 2004. Interested in Web programming, Terry completed two certificates through The O’Reilly School of Technology at the University of Illinois.
