Michelle Pacansky-Brock is an online associate faculty member at Mt. San Jacinto College, faculty trainer for @ONE, author of the forthcoming book, "Best Practices for Teaching with Emerging Technologies," a consultant, and a doctoral student at Capella University.
Osman Parada is a senior technical support specialist for EduStream.org, a digital repository developed by the San Bernardino Community College District for the California Community College System. Osman is an experienced network/user support specialist whose work covers the full range of the plan, design, implementation, and operations business cycle in both the enterprise and educational space.
Currently teaching at Moorpark College in California, Rena Petrello initiated and developed the first online mathematics courses at her college. Rena authored and created award-winning mathematics instructional videos for developmental mathematics, published through Cengage Learning.
Russell Poulin is Deputy Director, Research & Analysis, for the WICHE Cooperative for Educational Technologies. Recently, Russ has been leading national responses on new federal distance education regulations. Russ coordinates WCET's efforts in sharing information about managing elearning consortia, and consults on WICHE's Adult College Completion Network. Previously, Russ coordinated distance education activities for the North Dakota University System.
