Cristian Racataian has degrees in electrical engineering and computer science. For the past 11 years, Mr. Racataian has been a CS/CIS instructor at four junior colleges in Southern California. His passion for teaching, combined with expertise in Web development, allowed him to also contribute in the field of distance learning. For his graduate work with e-learning, Mr. Racataian received an invitation to the 2nd International Conference (ATINER) in Athens, Greece, June 2006.

Amanda Reilly has been a Spanish instructor at Palmetto State E-cademy in South Carolina since the school opened in 2008. In addition to Spanish, she teaches career planning, skills for success, and digital photography. As a faculty member on the new student transition team, Amanda gives insight on how to improve student success in the classroom.

Carol Reitan is the coordinator of the Technology Learning Center at City College of San Francisco, where she trains online teachers and those using Moodle as a supplement to their face-to-face courses. She is also on the faculty of the foreign languages department at CCSF and has taught elementary French online since January 2002. She received her B.A. in French from Reed College and an M.A. and Ph.D. in French literature from UC Berkeley. She recently earned her online teaching certificate from @ONE.

Dr. George Richards is an associate professor of criminal justice at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. A graduate of Berea College, the University of Louisville, and the University of Akron, he has taught for nearly 20 years and has been involved in online teaching for 10 of these years. Dr. Richards is familiar with various types of Web instruction and online teaching platforms. He continually experiments with various ways to improve classroom delivery and instruction.
