Donna Milgram, executive director of the National Institute for Women in Trades, Technology and Science (IWITTS), has conducted national and state trainings and workshops in 43 states. She is the principal investigator of the CalWomenTech Project, highlighted by the National Science Foundation for boosting recruitment and retention rates of women in community college technology programs.

Lisa Montagne is an English instructor specializing in teaching academic composition at California community colleges. Although she has been teaching for 20 years, she has been specializing in online instruction for 11 years. For the past three years, she has been doing research on online learning as part of her work in the California State University, Fullerton doctorate of higher education program. She is also a Carnegie Research Fellow working on a national project to improve advanced education for higher education leaders.

Linda Morrow has a master’s degree in library and information science from Wayne State University, and a master’s in educational technology and instructional design from Michigan State University. She has taught library technology courses for seven years at Palomar College, and has participated in Palomar’s technology boot camp every summer for the past three years. She has used the skills and techniques learned at Palomar to enhance her courses. Linda recently graduated from @ONE’s online teaching certification program.

Robin Owens has held many positions at Palmetto State E-cademy. She has played the role of Parent Coordinator, School Testing Coordinator, and most recently, as a General Learning Coach. She is a crucial part of the New Student Orientation process because she is the first contact the students and parents have once registered for school. As a staff member on the New Student Transition Team, Robin helps build the communication between teachers and students as they start down this new learning path.
