The Powers of Hearth (Heart) and Soul (Soil)

When the plant spirit is activated in a process
during an alchemical preparation it is 'alive' or
in 'on' mode, this takes place because our
thoughts and intention (as well as other
factors such as moon phases etc) will
telepathically be transmitted to the
consciousness of plants and minerals alike,
they respond immediately and are awakened
from a dormant state and become life giving
substances.
If this process is not done, they are in a
dormant state it will work on a basic raw level
that is physical where they can balance a
deficiency in the body for example, but they
cannot act in the same manner as when they
are alive in the full sense, it is much like when
we are asleep we cannot actively take part in
an action and thought process and
