Come perseguirete questo ulteriore incremento e ampliamento della qualità ? Puntando , ripeto , sulle persone : sulle nostre risorse , per le quali sono ripartite le attività di formazione realizzate dalla Emma Villas Academy che coinvolgono tutte le risorse impegnate nei vari ambiti di attività , passando anche attraverso l ’ inserimento di nuove figure professionali ; sui proprietari , verso i quali stiamo estendendo la formula del Property Management , cioè la gestione diretta da parte nostra delle loro proprietà , che li libera da una serie di incombenze onerose per chi non fa questo di mestiere e cerca tranquillità , gestione professionale , assicurazione , sicurezza economica ; e infine sui clienti , il cui livello di richieste di qualità e di servizio è sempre più alto e che ci chiedono di aggiungere al soggiorno esperienze e servizi , non solo all ’ estero ma anche nel nostro Paese .
Per questo state estendendo la vostra presenza anche in Italia ? Esattamente . Siamo partiti dal centro , abbiamo intrapreso un significativo programma di insediamento nel Mezzogiorno ( Sicilia , Puglia , Campania ) e , ora , puntiamo al nord perché è tutto il nostro Paese a ospitare un patrimonio di eccellenze tanto straordinario quanto , per molti aspetti , non ancora conosciuto quanto meriterebbe .
Un patrimonio che Emma Villas intende contribuire a valorizzare ?

And finally on the customers , who are always seeking higher levels of quality and service and who ask us to add experiences and services to their stays , not only abroad but also in Italy .
Is that why you are extending your footprint in Italy as well ? Definitely . We started in Central Italy and then managed to establish ourselves with a significant footprint in the southern parts of the country ( Sicily , Apulia and Campania ). Now , we are aiming at the north because the entire country is home to a heritage and beauty that is quite extraordinary and , in many respects , is not yet as well known as it deserves to be .
A heritage that Emma Villas intends to contribute to promoting ? We believe that this is the task of a modern , responsible and sustainable company , in the full meaning of those terms . One more example along these lines is the EV Planet project , dedicated to environmental sustainability , which will be starting in the coming months .
