Un altro esempio al riguardo : partirà nei prossimi mesi il progetto EV Planet , dedicato alla sostenibilità ambientale . Gli impatti diretti delle nostre attività di azienda sono trascurabili , ma più significativo è il ruolo che Emma Villas può e intende esercitare

La Calcinaia , Bucine , Arezzo , Tuscany sulla riduzione degli impatti ambientali indiretti , a cominciare da quelli di decine di migliaia di ospiti che ogni anno alloggiano nelle strutture e attuano comportamenti di viaggio e di soggiorno che vogliamo contribuire a migliorare e mitigare . Su questi temi svolgeremo una forte azione di sensibilizzazione su ospiti e proprietari , partendo dagli immobili di cui abbiamo la gestione diretta .
Ha parlato di tante cose . Non sono troppe ? Ce la farete a realizzarle tutte ? Ovviamente ne siamo convinti . Quanto più il nostro ambito di attività si amplia , geograficamente e non solo , tanto più la sfida si fa bella e se la vinciamo – consenta anche a me un paio di anglicismi – ne beneficiano tutti , stakeholders e shareholders inclusi .
Nel darle appuntamento al prossimo numero , un ’ ultima domanda : chi deve ringraziare per il tour de force di questi ultimi mesi ? Il mio team storico ( con me da quasi vent ’ anni ), ma anche i nuovi collaboratori e quelli che si uniranno a noi da domani sui nostri nuovi ambiti di sviluppo . Uomini e donne ( soprattutto donne ) che , in uno scenario competitivo fatto sempre più di grandi gruppi e caratterizzato da operatori “ solo tecnologici ”, rinnovano costantemente in me la convinzione di puntare sulla centralità delle persone .
Lasciamo Giammarco Bisogno nel suo studio , dove campeggia la scultura di un grande toro , che ci saluta così : “ Serve calma , ma anche tanta , tanta forza di questi tempi . You have spoken about a number of projects . Are there too many ? Will you be able to accomplish them all ? Obviously , we believe we can . The more our sphere of business expands , geographically and otherwise , the bigger and better the challenge becomes , and if we win everyone benefits , including stakeholders and shareholders .
As we look forward to seeing you in the next issue , one last question : who do you have to thank for the tour de force of the past few months ? My long-standing team ( who have been with me for almost twenty years ), but also our new employees and those who will be joining us from tomorrow to work on the many areas of development that we are building and where we are generating great momentum . These are men and women ( especially women ) who are working in a competitive scenario that is increasingly made up of large corporate groups and characterised by “ technology-only ” operators , but who constantly reinforce my belief in the value of focusing on the central role and value of people .
