I spoke with Bob and his English is quite good although he is shy when questioned by Westerners, I believe because he doesn’ t want to misunderstand what is asked and maybe give incorrect information, hence he was always looking at Peter for clarification to my questions, once he was comfortable with me he no longer looked for approval before answering.
