Local Interest
not so well as others”. Bob listens to the verbal resume then without comment observes these protentional workers in action at their current, usually casual employment, positions in action, analysing not just their capabilities but their attitude and then engages them for the project.
Next Project- Mid December
Bob explained to me“ I not look for expert, I look for young person with good heart that wants to learn and look after their family, then I teach them, they work better and harder”. When the project is in full swing Bob is still busy sourcing the necessary furniture and fittings, again where possible from local sources within the community. This approach broadens the range of help this charity gives as every house, public ablution block or school involves and helps the whole local inhabitants of the community securing the already tight relationship that exists. Everyone is a winner. Peter Taylor has been involved with the charity from it’ s conception in fact he is one of the founding members and works in a voluntary capacity as president as do the other members of the board.
