Well, if you’re a fan on Facebook or follow me on Twitter, you would know last week my laptop keyboard broke. I had to get replaced. Even though was a year old, they do not make my laptop anymore, therefore I was send a whole new laptop. My pictures are not on the new laptop. So I can’t show you the very first image so you can see the difference. So you have to go to issues 5 and 6 to see how progressed so far.
This is a weird week for me, I Had been exercising every day for 14 days straight, then on Sunday I was 10 minutes on the treadmill, and I felt sick. At first I thought I am over doing this, I had just gone up the next level on the treadmill incline. So the club house attendant suggested taking the next day off, it would not hurt me to miss one day of exercise. The next day I woke up and went to work and I felt like someone took a baseball bat to me. I was feeling like blah. I got home and I knew it wasn’t over exercising; I had caught the virus/bacteria thing that was going around. I ended up calling off work 2 days and I wasn’t in the gym.
By Thursday I was feeling better went to the gym and just lightly did the bike for 20 minutes. I didn’t go my full speed, but just wanted to just move. Friday I did another 20 minutes, but knew come Saturday and Sunday I would not be in the gym. I was leaving Saturday morning for Pittsburgh, to be with my family for Easter. The gym would be closed due the holiday also.
I was feeling much better the bug had passed, and I arrived in Pittsburgh. I did bring my liquid protein shakes with me, but should brought fruits and veggies with me as well. I realized my mother doesn’t have veggies or fruit. It was all junk food. I knew growing up the house always had junk food, but never realized how much until now. I did well; I knew only there 24 hours basically, I was coming back to Cleveland on Sunday.
