When I arrived, my mom wanted me to go to two estate sales with her. If you know Pittsburgh, you know it is hills. The first house was on top this incline hill, and parking was bad, we had to walk up the hill to get to the home. Trust me it was a hike. I did get a great deal there. They had a brand new Kuering Coffee maker it is normally $129. I got for $35, the owner had only had it for 2 months when she passed, was what the family told us. I been wanting one these for years but been waiting for the price to go down. I got the green tea for it and I love my find!
Anyway, the next house was same situation parking wise, but was downhill. I was worried about not exercising; I got it from those estate sales. My family was impressed with my weight loss. My mom said you can see I have been losing weight. In fact, my brother in law, was in shock when I old I lost 5lbs, he thought I lost more than that, he said it looked like I lost 20lbs. Hearing this makes me feel good, that it is noticeable.
Time for the Easter dinner, trust me it wasn’t diet friendly, I knew it wouldn’t be. So I did have small portions. I got back to Cleveland that night. I weighed myself. When I left I was up to 7lbs lost. The scale that night said I gained 5lbs. I knew I could not have gained 5lbs overnight. I went back to my routine, and worked out 45 minutes on Monday to try and burn off Sunday’s indulged.
The scale keeps bouncing saying gained anywhere from 3-5 lbs.; I know it cannot be right. I feel the loose clothing. I can see my thighs are smaller. In the picture I have up, my butt is flatter, though I will always have a J-Lo butt, runs in our family. I was able to get scrub pants on that could not get up past my hips. My stomach is flatter. What is going on here?
