Vanilla bean cake recipe
Since I do like to bake, the first cake I ever attempted in decorating was for my birthday. I called it the "Hawaiian Waterfall Cake" I really wanted to try and do a sculpted cake. I watched all those cake shows, so I attempted it. I never had any formal training other than those TV shows. I surprised myself it came out amazing. That is the picture of the first cake I ever made. It was a vanilla bean cake with alternating layers of raspberry and lemon mousse. Everyone that came to my birthday dinner loved it. This was when I knew
had found my strength, and started to love myself again. It all started with
that cake. So I am going to share the Vanilla Bean Cake recipe with you.
