Anything personal like to share?

I’d love to get back into the business, particularly here with babyboomers and snowbirds in Florida. There would be a great pool of clients who are not technically minded or trust the Internet...it’s a wild world out there....And they are right.But unfortunately, my migraines prevent me from rejoining the workforce. --Connor, if you read the book you’ll know he is my better half, is even better in reality than in the book and, thank God, brings home the bacon!

This issue of the pink diva is about loving one self to bring out the inner diva. How do you love yourself to bring out your diva?

Can I be honest? This is a totally new concept to me. I’m not conscious of it, but as a former teacher (University of Limerick) I’m quite confident in dealing with people, speaking, telling them stories. That earned me the nickname Her Nibs.

It’s even on my car registration. The flipside is that I come across distant or patronizing at times- the plight / flaw of a teacher. As former matchmaker I became the agony aunt for many people who listened to their woes and gave them advice. That instilled confidence in me too. Not that they always listened...:)
