5lbs lost and I am still going...
So it is officially been 2.5 weeks since my "ah-huh" moment and the new lifestyle changes, which included me losing weight for myself. I have worked out every day for at least 30 minutes. I graduated from the bike to the treadmill. That was something I thought I never do, walk a treadmill, but I am doing it.
A year ago, as my 5 years with Cleveland Clinic gift, I got an mp3 player; it's been in a drawer since then. I dug it out, figured out how to add songs to it and bought an arm band to put it in. I looked up good songs to work out to, let me tell you the "Party Rock" song by LMFAO is a great workout song it really gets your body moving, and of course I have my anthems, "In The End" by Linkin Park and "Stronger" by Brittney Spears in there to keep me motivated.
I also have not had one sweet, that is right, no sugar at all. I also have had no coffee either. The diet plan that the dietician has me on is a semi liquid protein diet. It mostly fruits, veggies and lean protein. Since it was
