Select Make Dealer key .

Make sure Dashboard Type is VDO . You can see the type in the Vin Identification screen . Press OK to proceed with VDO .

Select ESC for No . This step is only used under instruction from our Technical Support team on asset info .

Proceed and select Bladed or Proximity Keys , Dashboard Year before 2014 or after 2014 as presented on TDB1000 . Now insert the working key and switch ignition on .

Press OK and the identification screen will be displayed . Here you can see the dashboard make VDO and the MQB in the detail .

Press OK and the TDB1000 will read the CS security data from the vehicle .

If this the first time working on the vehicle , press OK to save the data for future work and also for Technical Support .
