machine. Resistance band they are big bands that are something like big rubber
bands that would make stronger your body . Weight machine they are machines that
are connected to weights and you put the weight you want to carry. Some benefits
are that you will have a greater stamina, prevention of chronic disease, Pain
management, improve posture, decrease risk of any injury, increase bone density
and also muscle, reduce body fat etc. By doing all this types of exercises most
people could be more strong by the time you get to and old adult.
Know the flexibility exercise could make you better for your movement from your feet
to your head. I f you increased your flexibility your circulation would increased much
better. It would increase the blood flow and all the supply of nutrients to the muscles.
Also your flexibility increase bye stretching all your body. When you get older your
muscles would become shorter and tighter that would have negative answers
because it would make you get more injuries. Also it would reduce stress and reduce
all type of pain in your back. The flexibility is good in many ways and have to many
benefits.
We could said that this types of exercises would make you benefit for all your life
until you are older. This exercise should make them since you are in the type of
growing i n adolescence. This exercises would prevent you lots of sickness and
disease in your heart , muscle , articulations and etc. So since you are in this age
you should think in your future. Make a change in your body
and be healthy for you can have joyful life and with lots of happiness.
