Your body is your vehicle, the only one you get. Having a healthy body it is not hard,
but keeping it that way. Here we have some tips on how to keep your body oil up and
running, in specifically your Muscular Skeletal System. If you have a healthy body,
you will live strong and well. This tips not only will make you have a great MuscularSkeletal System, but also less diseases and
having strong bones and muscles. One of the
biggest help for all your body could be the help
of the exercise. There are many types of
exercise that would help your body more
healthy and fitness.
The cardiovascular exercises would make your
heart stronger and could make you have less
health diseases in your hearth. Sine decades
scientist have been relating exercise with
cardiovascular exercise because they said that
more cardiovascular disease would make less
coronary heart disease. In the USA there are
250 000 deaths a year because of hearth disease cause of lack of physical disease.
If you become a sedentary person you can be living for less years and could have
cardiovascular and high pressure problems. Exercises that could make your life
healthier would be running for at least 30 min or 1 hour every day also different
types of exercises life dancing,
walking , going to the gym etc. If
you do this at least 2 or 5 times
weak you could have a great life
and better and healthier way to

cholesterol, increase in good

benefits in physical activities they are the increase in muscular function and the
strength and improvement in the bodies ability to take in and use oxygen. By
improving the use of taking the oxygen you could get less fatigue and have a better
life. Also if you have a hearth disease by doing this type of exercises you could have
a great improvement in curing them in less than a month. Like if you are closely to
have a hearth attack your probability of having one is reduce to 20%-25% so that
awesome. Also you could have improvement in the pumping of the hearth .
Know in resisting training or strength training its when you use your muscles and
bones to build strength and have better body and be more fitness. By doing this
exercises your muscle would get stronger and when you need them they would have
mayor resistance in your body. A well rounded exercise for your body includes bone
strength, bone density, muscle improvement, joints function and ligament strength.
