Fremont on the road. The senior class was very good
and will be looked up to for a while at Westview.
Next season seems to be looking up for the Lady
Warriors too. With the lessons the team won this year
and the talent of this year’s soon-to-be seniors, more
victories seem to be coming their way.
“Hard work, team chemistry, and execution” is
going to be the base of the 2011-2012 Lady Warriors
team according to Carpenter. With that kind of
fundamental thinking, it looks like they’re going to
be off to a great start.

Warrior Wrestling
The 2010-2011 Westview wrestling team was
highlighted by their two best wrestlers, junior Austin
Lewton and sophomore Brian Mullett. Both talented
wrestlers made it to the Ft. Wayne Coliseum on Saturday,
February 12 for their semi-state matches. The two
wrestlers both came up short as they lost in their first
matches, but that shouldn’t be what is remembered
about this season.
The toughness exemplified by Lewton was
