The business you started not long ago has already grown so much that your home office is overflowing into the bedroom, the living room and even the kids’ rooms. Is it time to look for commercial office space? Here are some telltale signs that it might be time to move out of your home office: Stir-crazy? You’re going nuts spending so many hours alone. You need people around you to bounce ideas off of, and the silence is deafening. Distracted? The television is whispering your name, the refrigerator is screaming your name and the yard work is, well, there waiting for you. Maybe all the distractions at home are zapping your productivity. Too much work? Your business is taking over the house, and you really need to hire employees. This is a good problem to have because it means you are growing, but it also means you need to leave the confines of your house for a space that has room to grow. Too informal?
