… I live in Hammonton, and I always come out for the Cruisin’
event, twice a year. You won’t
find a Corvette like mine anywhere else,” Muller said.
One of the most enjoyable aspects of the car show is that no
matter what kind of car you prefer
to view, you’re bound to find
something that fits your interests.
There were sports cars, convertibles, customized pickup trucks
and even a remodeled Volkswagen
Bus.
Charles Pluck had his many trophies and awards on display with
his BMW. His customized license

Set up on the corner of Bellevue
and Central avenues were Dinah
DeMarco and Nancy Rothman
from Soroptimist International of
Hammonton. They were selling
commemorative Christmas tree
ornaments to celebrate Hammonton’s 150th birthday.
“People can contact us to buy
the ornaments. Everyone should
get one to remember the sesquicentennial. This is a great chance
for us to get out and show them
off to everybody,” Rothman said.
The evening also marked the
grand opening of Luca’s Game
Zone, a new party venue located
inside La Mia Couture. People
filed in from Bellevue Avenue to
check out the video game room
that is complete with Playstation
4, Wii and Xbox One. Owner
Bernadette Mauriello and her husband, Rick, welcomed people into
the glow-in-the-dark game room
and showed them around the
venue.
“It was the perfect night to open
up. People can come in from
Bellevue and check out the new
place. It’s going to be really cool,”
Rick Mauriello said.
Cruisin’ MainStreet is just one
of many exciting events that
brings people from surrounding
towns into Hammonton’s thriving
