In the United States, the test scores showed ranked below average in math according to the Atlantic. Finland in the education system has been taking a different approach to the education system, and it maybe has been paying off according to test scores.

In reports and test scores proves that Finland has been outperforming the United States by the results of tests scores, and this might be because of the more relaxed education system.

In recent studies, people have found that Finland has been a role model when it comes to education systems. Finland still figures in the top 10 performing countries in the world. They have a more relaxed education curriculum and focus on playing and socializing when younger according to LinkedIn.

“Finnish students spend far less time in the classroom, they enjoy 50-minute recesses, lunch is free, and students get very little homework,” reported by Critical Issues in Education.
