Now, does that mean I am saying you should never feel fear? Absolutely not! I am saying the goal should be to never remain there too long. When we allow stress and fear to linger too long, we develop an emotional attachment to the thinking around a situation. The bond between our thoughts and emotions are not easily broken. To be clear, fear induced stress during times of uncertainty is very real and affects everyone of us to an extent. The perspective you have on dealing with uncertainty is what determines your response to them. Having a perspective that a stressed mind does not serve you is a good start.

The reality is that most things we experience change at a pace that is less noticeable, so it does not gain our awareness. Nonetheless change is a constant. occurrence that exists. Consider this as well, growth growth happens through change and not
