Wilshire Law Firm - Legal Scholars Award,

Award is $1,000. Deadline is September 30. Offered

to a student who plans to pursue a career in the legal

field.

Xerox Technical Minority Scholarship, Awards up

to $5,000. Deadline is September 30. Intended for

minority students who are engaged in a technical discipline. Must have a 3.0 GPA and be in a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program.

Asian Women in Business Scholarship, Awards

up to $5,000. Deadline is October 1. Promotes excep-tional Asian female students who have demonstrated scholarship, leadership, community service, and/or entrepreneurship.

Karma for Cara Foundation, Awards from $250

to $1,000. Deadline is October 1. Supports youth volunteerism in youth 18 years old or younger to

complete projects in their communities.

Sigma Xi Student Science and Engineering Research Grants, Awards up to $5,000. Deadline is October 1. Rewards undergraduate and graduate

students with excellence in research and cooperation among scientists in all fields.

VentureWell - E-Team Program, Award is $800. Deadline is October 4. Offers college students the chance to develop new tech ideas. The E-Team Program offers funding, exceptional workshops, and coaching market-based tech.

National Young Arts Foundation, Awards from $1,000 to $10,000. Deadline is October 13. Provides emerging artists, ages 15 to 18 or in grades 10 through 12, access to scholarships, national recognition, and other opportunities.

LendEDU Scholarship, Award is $1,000. Deadline is October 15. Helps students find financial aid and scholarships and to use towards college tuition, textbooks, room and board, and/or living expenses.

Patriot’s Pen Program, Award up to $5,000. Deadline is October 31. Open to students in grades 6-8 who complete a 300 to 400 word essay expressing their views based on the theme, “America’s Gift to My Generation.”
