American Epilepsy Society - Seed Program, Award is $20,000. Deadline is September 30. Provides support to pursue new and innovative directions in epilepsy research, and bring new research methods, research programs, or new collaborations with other complementary disciplines.
Captain Planet Foundation, Awards from $500 to $2,500. Deadline is September 30. Supports solution-oriented, youth-led projects that result in real environment outcomes. EcoSolution Grants are available to educators working with youth.
Association of American Educators, Award is $500. Deadline is October 1. Classroom grants can be used for a variety of projects and materials, including but not limited to books, software, calculators, math manipulatives, art supplies, and lab materials.
Francis R. Dewing Foundation, Awards up to
$20,000. Deadline is October 1. Supports projects in early childhood education for children grades 2 through 6. The project should be new, untried, or unusual educational methods.
Herb Society of America, Award is $200. Deadline is October 1. Supports teachers in grades 3 through 6 to establish an indoor or outdoor herb garden.
National Association for Amateur Radio, Awards up to $3,000. Deadline is October 1. Supports Amateur Radio programs to educate, license, and support youth-based activities.
National Council of Teachers of English Research Foundation, Awards up to $3,000. Deadline is October 1. Supports research projects related to the teaching and learning of language, literacy, and culture.
National Geographic Society, Awards up to $10,000. Deadline is Oct 1. Supports conservation, education, research, storytelling, and technology projects that are bold, innovative, and transformative.
Toshiba Grants for Grades K-5, Award is $1,000. Deadline is October 1. Teachers are invited to apply to help bring an innovative hands-on project into their classrooms.
Air Force Junior ROTC Grant, Award is $250. Deadline is October 10. Enhances student’s ideas on how aerospace plays a prominent role in today’s and tomorrow’s society.
PE4LIFE - Speed Stack Sports Pack Grant
Program, Award is a 30-set Speed Stacks Sport Pack. Deadline is October 15. Helps motivate instructors to offer a full-fledged Sports Stacking Program.
Gary Dickinson Award for Teaching Excellence, Award up to $2,000. Deadline is October 31. Recognizes an outstanding middle school teacher or a team of teachers who have made creative and exemplary use of the World In Motion program.
