with them before as well, so it was excitement all round. Not to mention The Cavern is one of my
favourite venues and Kerry and some friends from home were driving up to see the show and hang
out.
We arrived at the venue about half hour before Arliss, and way too early to load in, so the boys went
off exploring and Adam and I went to get some food. Once we’d got back Arliss were parking up. We
spent the next half hour or so standing by the vans and catching up. Dom was drinking beer that
looked like piss out of an Evian bottle, the rest of the guys were taking it in turns to shot whiskey in
their van. Once we loaded the gear in, Adam took the van back to Mark’s house and I joined Cory
and Chris for some whiskey.
It was especially nice to see Kerry as I hadn’t seen her for over a week, which is always the hardest
part of tour, she tends to work during the day so it would be hard to talk then, and every evening I’d
be on the merch in a loud room. I had certainly missed her. The show was awesome, Arliss Nancy
killed it, and I got very drunk. O
