Ans) Yoga is a Pow- erful exercise for both Mind and Body. It not only helps us to curve/shape out body better but also gives lot of strength. It’s a com- plete package. Though people with certain medical conditions doesn’t fit in with Cardio exercises however Yoga supports every shape and mass. I be- lieve in every form of exercise but I chose Sonia doing the Meditation of Yoga to be a Yoga ex- pert because I wanted to do this all my life. Cardio can be done till a certain age but Yoga can be done throughout your life.I have always been very physi- cally active and I have never fit into a stereo- types of a “fit” person so the idea should be fit to be healthy.
