Your inspiration in
your profession?
Ans) I never thought or
planned up to take up
Yoga as my profession.
After becoming a
mother, I started doing
Yoga to maintain my
body but I was mesmer-
ized with the other bene-
fits which Yoga gave me
and changed my life .
And the best part is a
the end of the class
when students look at
me and say “that felt so
good” But now, when my
students share their life
experiences with me

Like any other form of Exercise, Yoga al
and guidance. Some asans in Yoga are p
to be careful before practicing any asan.
Yoga is not about your body posture, It i
of that posture. Always start from basic
ladder. Even at home, don’t practice any
out knowing the Do’s and Don’ts
after pracising Yoga that
what makes me feel
proud. The biggest inspi-
ration is the smile and
satisfaction that I see on
my students face.
And yes my guru Apur-
vaa who guided me with
her great wisdom
If you want to learn Yoga, just remember to Start slow
and don’t feel bad if you cant touch your toes. The
beauty is that Yoga doesn’t discriminate and offers some
thing beautiful to everyone.
