How do you inspire your clients
when they feel lazy to make it to
workout on a particular day.
Ans) What I expect from my
clients are their dedication, involvement and punctuality. I make
every class interesting and not
repetitive I add a lot of fun and
creativity leaving the client unaware of their next class.

Ans) My Husband.
How much cautious does one needs
to be when it comes to diet, for
maintaining and respecting the
workouts he/she does?
Ans) I do not believe in diets I prefer
doing yoga, running, exercising, playing sports and eating healthy. I advice
my clients to refrain from sodas and
preservatives. I recommend starting of
your mornings with a healthy breakfast; even if you’re not hungry make it
a habit to have a healthy breakfast
daily. Even a breakfast with just yogurt
a fruit and muesli or cornflakes is fine.
When eating healthy you need to keep
in mind that you are doing this for the
long run, by not cheating and you are
only benefiting yourself.
